This agreement is made between you (the client) and Ata Marketing (hereinafter "we", "us" or "our").
We will optimize your Google Business Profile with the goal of achieving a top 3 ranking in Google Maps for your target area and your primary keyword.

- Weekly content posts with supporting keyword strategy
- Competitive analysis and clear local positioning
- Weekly ranking reports and transparent progress updates
- Continuous optimization and adjustments throughout the engagement
We need secure access to your Google Business Profile and, if applicable, your website. We will always notify you before making any significant changes. Once payment is confirmed, we'll send detailed onboarding instructions explaining exactly how to grant us access securely.
If your business does not achieve a top 3 ranking in Google Maps for your primary keyword and target area within 90 days, we will issue a full refund.
For the duration of our collaboration, we commit to working with only one business per industry per target area. We will not take on any direct competitors in your market while we represent you.
After agreement and signing, you will receive an invoice for the agreed amount. Payment is accepted via:
- Bank transfer / SEPA
- PayPal / Apple Pay
- All major credit and debit cards
Within 24 hours of payment receipt, you will receive a welcome email with all onboarding steps. The 90-day period begins the moment we receive access to the required accounts.
